We stopped in for a bagel and coffee. The young lady at the register took our order. The bagel I ordered was to be cut in half... and toasted. Instead, it was cut in half and the top was cut in two as well. It was warm, but, not toasted. It was served with acontainer of cream cheese. When I asked for a knife to spread the cheese, the clerk had to look all over the restaurant for aplastic knife. No salt on the tables and none on the condiment table. Again, the clerk looked all over the restaurant for saltpackets. No cream in the creamer and only skimmed milk in the other creamer. Poor service, but, quick to ask for a tip whenpaying for items at checkout! Read more
I love Panera in general. I come here all the time, but I will say they messnup my order about 1/3 of the time.
I usually have a pretty good day experience with the service but this morning I came through and asked if they sold yogurt... parfaits and the lady said we don?t have any which I thought meant they didn?t sale them. I looked at the menu and it said Greekyogurt with mixed fruit so I asked for that and she rudely says we don?t have any. A better choice of words would have been I?msorry we are out don?t give an attitude when I didn?t realize that?s what you meant. Read more
Haley went above and beyond as our cashier! She recommended the mango lemonade and it was a hit. She was informative about the... menu and was friendly greeting and thanking us when we arrived and left. Read more
The food tasted great and the service was good as well. The bread that came with my salad was hard but I guess it?s made to be... like that because my sandwich bread was so delicious ???? . They had tons of baked goods and I can?t wait to try some of theirorange scones . Read more
I just went through drive through and this is what I got for my Napa Chicken Salad. There is not even a tablespoon of chicken... salad on either halves. I called to speak with the manager and she would not take my call. I told her I would hold on until shefound time to talk to me. She said she would replace it and give me a danish. Service, food, and atmosphere has always been stellar at this location. I go here every once in a while but my wife goes at... least once a week and she?s always singing their praise. Quick, fresh food and friendly, attentive employees make for a goodexperience. Read more
Pizza margarita was not very good. The sauce is terrible. And really runny. Tastes like it came from a can. The Asian chicken... salad was a bit plain. Not up to the quality I expected at all. Plus this location is kind of dirty. Read more
