Pretty good fried chicken tenders. Love the seasoning on both. The chicken was juicy and not dry. Service was good and fast.

The lady working expo on 10/24 at 12:00pm needs to to learn to be nice. I believe her name is Harley P. That?s what was on my... receipt. I Witnessed her extremely rude to another customer for asking for more ketchup. She was extremely short and ignored meand another customer in line for almost 10 minutes. His deal on zaxbys app literally expired because it took her too long totake our order. I understand that lunch is busy but as someone who worked in Mcallisters and fast food previously(plenty oflunch rushes), I would get immediately in trouble if I ever treated customers like that or did not take an order for that long.Zaxbys could get more staff but also teach your employees that even if they?re short, being rude is unacceptable: been theredone that. First time ever going here, ordered boneless wings with chicken tenders. My order was wrong, I received the more expensive... option (which is the bone-in chicken wings). The best part is when we confronted the cashier and cook about the mistake theprice difference was not fixed. 10/10 do not recommend and I will not be coming back until I see an improvement in staff. Food is always good. Prices are a bit high for fast food but would totally be worth it if this place were run more... efficiently. Everytime I'm in the area and hungry, I try to decide if it's worth the wait. More often than not, the line ishalfway around the building and moves at a snail's pace. 20 minutes (minimum) in the drive through everytime I stop here. Foodis good but driving to Chick-fil-a is always faster. Wish I could say Popeyes was better but they have the sameproblem. Zaxby's management, if you're reading this, I'm sure I'm not the only customer that would eat here once a week if youcould improve the service a bit. Instead, I probably eat here 3 or 4 times a year. I absolutely love Zaxby's. If you like chicken fingers and wings... This is the perfect fast food option for you. All of the... sauces are worth a try. Ordered the Cobb salad. It tasted good, but it is not worth the price. $9.50 for a salad is criminal. There's no ifs, buts, or... coconuts about it. The typical person would rather just order off the regular menu. I will next time. The drive-thru servicewas fast. There were 10 cars in front of me and I received my food in 13 minutes.
