have picked up a Cinnabon roll at this location at least once a week for the last couple of months. every member of the staff... that have helped me have been awesome. Last night (11pm) I was getting a boxed original roll and mentioned I wish the Cinnabonstand was open so I could make it a Pecanbon (carmel & pecans). The Pilot staff said no problem and made it for me. (evenoffered to heat it up!) Read more
The staff was very nice. However, the Cinnabon rolls were very dry. The icing was good. The cinnamon inside is usually very... gooey. It was like there was so much cinnamon but little sugar and butter. I live a couple hours from there. These are treatsfor our family. This trip was very disappointing. Read more
