Don't stop here Driver's kids work here and they close so the kids can go to school what manager default this was a good idea
The food places (for being a truck stop) close early. So plan on a prompt 10 pm shut down. I repeat they do not have any fresh... food or open food places after 10 pm. Taco bell subway and cinnabun were all closed early. Read more
Super friendly employees. Stopped here at night and only 2 girls were working the whole store while people were steadily coming... in. And they said they had been working like that all day. Very hard workers. Read more
Clean and with a good selection of products in the store!
I love the fact that they have both a Subway and a Taco Bell at this Pilot Travel Center. We stopped early in the morning and... both places were serving their full menus and not just breakfast which was fantastic. It was quick and easy to access from thehighway there were plenty of pumps so that you can pull up and get gas without having to wait. They had lots of other stuff inthere if you wanted snacks or drinks or t-shirts or sweatshirts or souvenirs or trinkets they had everything you can possiblywant and plenty that you didn't want, they had it all. Horrible customer service,I stopped for a pizza by slice and got 2 very very poorly packed slices in a box,one of the slice was... sticking out of the box and on top of that the lady stick napkins on top of my pizza.(pictures attached)The lady didn?t give mea chance to pick what slices I want ,no smile on her face at all. If the managment wants happy and returning customers,please dosomething about it,this is unacceptable. Read more
One of my favorite stops off of I-64 in Indiana. Why? Nice restrooms and across the street from Hipp Nursery - Pink Elephants... (one with a Martini), Giraffes and other fun animal statues. If you like quirky roadside stuff, Hipp is a hip place and Pilotis the perfect place to rest the weary drive. Read more
Sorry people but you can't eat here past 9pm , restaurants don't stay open past that . Showers were dirty as well don't waste... your time or money here . Go across the street to loves at least they know how to treat drivers. Read more
