Everyone here needs to definitely brush up on their customer service skills. Everyone here seems like they hate their job.
I witnessed the WORST customer service yesterday while standing in line for lunch between the store manager, cashier and a... customer. Apparently the ?new? menu was not clarified as to what you could change in regards to numerical listed sandwiches andthe customer standing in front of me simply wanted an explanation. The manager referred to her as ?rude?, because she rolled hereyes at her inability to explain anything that made SENSE. I totally agreed to myself when the customer pronounced ?I am thecustomer?. I worked at AT&T for over 30 years and if I had talked to a customer like that manager did in Customer Service; Iwould have been fired pronto! Totally unacceptable!! She should have kept herself in check and bottom line: the Customer isAlways Right!! I will Never ever eat at Subway again. Period! Read more
Ordered a newer sandwich and asked for mozz cheese. Then when I wanted cucumbers the manager jumped in to educate me that... certain sandwiches come with pre- designated veggies that you can only delete from but cannot add. Since I wanted mozz cheesethat was the limit for making a change. I'd never heard of this and asked questions. She remarked "you don't have to be rude", Isaid I'm just asking questions, and she said "but you rolled your eyes". She is the manager, Dannie. She also said Subway istrying to be like Jimmy Johns. I go to Jimmy Johns often and order the items I want with no problem. My friend witnessed theexchange and said let's go somewhere else. Online ordering is trash and this place is an absolute joke. Burnt bread, twice. Wrong sandwich twice. I specified no onions... (I?m highly allergic) and yet they put onions on my sandwich BOTH times. The sandwich that wasn?t even right because that?sdefinitely not what I ordered online. Not to mention, we found a bristle from a grill brush in our food. Had we not opened oursandwich to check it, this could?ve been incredibly dangerous! Sandwich was good. Everything looked good. Only complaint is I asked for Chipotle and it would only give 2 squirts then it was... empty so that's all she did then wrapped it up without eye contact and started ringing me up. Because she knew she was to lazyto go get another bottle and finish. This is the 3rd time I've been in about 8 or 9 months and they are always so rude andmiserable looking. Read more
