Every time I try to give this chipotle another chance they always disappoint. It's becoming more and more skimpy. The guac is... brown. They are often out of things. The queso is like cottage cheese texture. Today I ordered a salad and the lady took ahandful of the lettuce when another employee grabbed her hand and made her drop half the handful right in front of Me.Officially decided will never go there again. So I?m a die hard Chipotle fan for years now and have never before posted a review on any of their locations, but I feel this... calls for it and hopefully management can review! What is up with the guacamole at this location?? I received spoiled Guac 2-3times already on different days in my delivery order. Today I decided to go in and order myself to look at the Guac beforepaying $3 for it and what do you know ?? brown Guac again behind the counter ! I asked the girl if they have any fresh Guac andshe said no this is it, it was made today so it?s fresh. Well it?s possible it was made today, but not with green freshavocados! They must be mixing their Guac with avocados that are so ripe they?ve gone bad. Anyways, I?m steering away from theGuac at this spot but what a shame - it was one of my favorite toppings ! Read more

I placed a mobile order for pickup at 5:30. It wasn't ready at 5:30, no big deal. I gave her my name and she said it'd be ready... in a minute. I stood there waiting while they made order for a line about eight people deep then heard someone say they werepreparing my order. Then three people that walked in after me got their food before me still. What's the point of using themobile order with a pickup time? This place needs some good management. Read more
Good Food & BEST Suffolk location! My son got me hooked on Chipotle, when we brought some home with chips & drinks to catch... our BeLoved NY Rangers on TV, .. We have since visited every local location from CMG at on Route 231: Rte 110 to Rte 25, toMotor Pkwy & now Rte 111. This location is the least busy & I like that! Keep it on the downlow people! It's also minutesfrom work :) Before I had to drive to LIE 56 & this one is nicer... 3 years later, CMG is now one of our Favorite ritualdinners when catching a Ranger game. I love their Chicken Bowls & Burritos. The Tacos and chips have never impressed . I alwaysdouble it up & love the Hot Spicyness. We Can't seem to get enough of their delicious, healthy menu. The staff here has alwaysbeen friendly, helpful and from what I can see - hard working. Read more
