First time at this location, and let me tell you the manager was out standing. Dealing w bratty teens isn't easy, not everyone... is cut out to be patient and at the same time keep it cool to serve with a smile. I was an assistant teacher and I know thatthese teens were just pushing buttons. But he went above and beyond with his service. They are a friendly McDonald's and in a great location. The bathrooms need a little TLC.
This McDonalds closes earlier than the posted time. Not good business practice. This is the third time I?ve been to this... McDonalds in the past year and they?re closed by 10:30pm even though the posted close time is 11pm. Read more
Went to pick up my mobile order that my fiancé placed, paid for and everything, and got sent away. First, the woman at the... drive thru was busy talking to someone about their days off, ignored me, asked if I was "John", then told me to just come rightto the window. Second, she kept talking over me when I showed her that I have the extended order code, phone number linked tothe account, and email. Didn't show any attempt to help resolve the situation, and just told me to cancel it. The app quiteliterally tells you to speak with someone and they'll help you get your order. First, I want to complain that I ordered an Oreo McFlurry, and all I got was vanilla ice cream with at most a tablespoon of... Oreos. Got to the icecream only to find a freaking chin hair in my ice cream. McDonald?s, you had one job. It was the day of myrecital too. Read more
Ordered 3 meals to eat in. They forgot the fries on one order; they then served 2 other customers while I waited for the 3rd... fries which were available - all they had to do was pick them up and give them to me. Also, I ordered a #2 meal - DOUBLE QuarterPounder, but only got a regular Quarter Pounder (with the bun, pickles, and cheese placed half off the burger). When I voiced mydispleasure and returned my single QP, the woman at the counter gave me an attitude. They never offered to exchange it or giveme a refund. Granted, I didn't demand it, but they made absolutely NO attempt to satisfy me. Extremely incompetent and NOcustomer focus. The manager was extremely rude, yelled at me and blamed ME for their getting my order wrong. He took noownership for his incompetent staff. Then, as I was leaving, he grinned and facetiously kept saying "Have a nice day" like itwas some kind of joke. Got an uncooked burger from here. Completely raw. Got one bite in and looked down when I realized something was wrong. Don't... know how it happened, but it's a first after years of eating fast food. The manager refunded without question and gave freemeal vouchers, but it is still a health hazard. Pictures attached for those curious. Read more
This review comes after 6 years coming to this location. Doesn't matter if it's drive thru, dine in, mobile app, new staff, long... time workers. They always find a way to ruin the fast food experience. They are extremely slow every single time, the ordernever comes right, they are always talking about their private lives while the food is ready to be handled to the customer. Idon't understand how this location can be so bad. I rather drive 7 more minutes and go to St. James McDonald's. The restaurantis nice and clean and the workers are friendly. Read more
