2X in a row order was messed up. Regular croissants are ordered, chocolate dessert croissants are what you're gonna get. (If... they have any in stock at all!) French onion soup never has croutons, ask for extra croutons and you still get ZERO croutons. Clicking don't send utensils, well you'll still get plastic utensils you don't need that will end up in a landfill. The sadthing is this used to be a really good panera and now it's just overpriced and overly salty and orders incomplete. Note:Delivery itself is always good, I don't blame the Doordash drivers! At lunch time I stood on line for almost ten minutes with six people in front of me. The line did not move the person at the... register was doing something over the phone with what appeared to maybe be a customer order of some sort. They manager made noattempts to control the line at all. He saw what was going on and did nothing. I along with a few other people left. I only haveso much time for lunch. Read more

I like to pretend I?m a judge on master chef. I went crazy and got the two most unhealthiest meals: Mac and cheese and the... grilled cheese. Never had either at Panera. I was pleasantly surprised at the depth of flavor of the Mac and cheese. Multiplecheeses used and pasta wasn?t over cooked. However, I expected more from the grilled cheese. The bread was too airy and thecheese? American? Panera put American cheese in their grilled cheese?! I couldn?t finish it. The food I?ve had here is good. However, I was working on a test for school and the wifi stopped working. After asking a cashier... about it and being directed to the manager, I was curtly informed that there is no wifi from 11am-3pm. The manager then turnedaround and walked away without so much as another word. I lost all progress on my work and had to scramble to find another placewith wifi. Don?t come here and expect to use wifi in the middle of the day. Why you wouldn?t offer wifi during lunchtime iscompletely beyond me, and if that?s the case, warn people so they don?t sit to get work done and then get booted off line partway through an assignment that I now have to start over again. And at least be polite about it to your customers. Read more
