Cashier (Ryan) provided sub-par customer service. He went to go sweep the grill area when there were customers standing in line.... I didn't ask for cheese on my sandwich (which I thought was customary). I usually go through the drive-thru but the line waslong so I went inside the restaurant. Read more
i went through the drive thru, the lady made me repeat my order three times. when i told her the third time she told me to not... yell at her, she heard me "damn" she said. if she heard me, i wouldn't have had to repeat myself three times. not the nicestpeople who work here. these employees definitely need to work on their etiquette. Although the staff was pleasant... there was clearly a need for additional staff. It took at least 20 minutes to get from the... menu to the cashier (in the drive-thru). once I finally received my food, the fries were overcooked, my chicken sandwich wascold and my soda was flat. I definitely wasn't eating great even late. Read more

Erroneously put sauteed onions in the chili instead of chopped red onion. Otherwise the food was good for the "fast food"... genre. Read more
