Poor customer services!!!! Ordered online and when I went to pick it up, I was told that it wasn't ready yet. I waited 15... minutes and it was in the warmer the whole time. That bugs me so much, because I came in time to get it out of the oven. . . theway I wanted it. I don't know why I go back! To make it worse, I ordered a bacon/pepperoni pizza and I had bacon the size of mypinky spread out. . . seriously. . .the size of my pinky! 2 stars cuz I had a good coupon! Read more
Like any other Domino's, pretty consistent quality and speed.
This is the worst pizza I have ever eaten! It was delivered cold, I had a Domino's pizza years ago & it was bad...since then I... have seen commercials that state they have improved. They haven't, I will strave before I order a pizza from Domino's!!! Read more
Long wait times. Placed the order online. upon reaching there, I was first told my order will take another 20-25 mins. After 20... mins, I was told my order would take another 35 mins since a large order had come in (which doesn't make sense at all). Had tocancel my order. Recommend avoiding this restaurant. Placed my order at 7:07. The message said it would be ready between 7:20 and 7:30. At 7:50 I received a message saying it would... take 8-10 min for it to be ready. I arrive at 8:00 and it's still not ready. My order was finally ready shortly after 8:10. Idon't mind waiting just dont waste my time. Let me know the ACTUAL time it'll take for it to be ready. Our Go To Pizza Place When Going Around The Island Starting From Mililani Way. I Always Go There, Park With My Family & Then... Call In Our Order So It's Fresh & Hot. Always Are Friendly & Nice When We Go There, Never Have I Experienced A Problem. OrderedOur Food Took 10-15 Minutes, Went In I Saw 3 Employees Working Together As A Team, Having Fun, And Enjoying What They Do. IStrongly Recommend Since We Have Covid-19 Going Around They Should Be Wearing Gloves While Preparing The Toppings On The Pizza.Other Then That Got Our Food & It Was Good. Read more
This Domino?s is the bomb. Athena, the GM, was such a pleasure to work with. We felt like she was concerned about the experience... and pocketbook of the customer... such a wonderful lady and excellent and happy staff because of her. She also helped us save abit of money with a coupon and the pizza and cinnamon twists were some of the most fluffy and delicious we?ve had romDomino?s. Ordered a medium bbq chicken with pineapple and peppers and didnt get any pineapple, also ordered the lava cakes with icing and... did not receive the icing. The pizza was still excellent and so were the lava cakes. Overall this order deserves 2 1/2 stars buti can only rate full stars. Read more
