Food was good but drive thru couldve been better. First I pulled up to the drive through speaker and I actually thought it was... broke and was about to pull around when they finally acknowlegde I was there so she took my order and I pulled around. The younggirl with the headset on looked confused, I was the only one in the drive thru so I'm not to sure what she was confused about.There was another girl at the counter working very diligently and knocking out her sandwiches while the one one who was supposedto be makeing mine stood there with the same look on her face. Finally after I watched the one girl make about 3 or 4 sandwichesI see the drive thru girl get in the bread box and grab white bread to make mine. She started making it and as she was puttingthe tomatoes on another lady came from around back and looked at what she was doing and grabbed my sandwich bunched it up in thepapers and threw it away then she grabbed the container of tomatoes that she was using and came back around by the window on herway to the back all the while shaking her head in disgust. At this point I was a little worrried about even getting the sandwichI was getting ready to just tell them I was good with just the chili I had ordered and my coke. Well about that time the othergirl at the counter said something to her and pointed to her sandwich making case then came to me to get my money and tell me itwill be right out so I decided not to say nothing. So altogether after about 23 minutes of being the only car in the drive thruI recieved my food. When she handed me my food there was chili all down the front of the bag and she actually told me to becareful not to get it all over my car. I'm not sure why it wasnt put in a new bag but at this point I had about 7 minutes to getback to work and clock back in so I didnt have time to complain. I will NEVER go to Subway in Havana after my experience this morning. I went in to order 2 foot long sandwiches both being (... Turkey, Bacon, and Guacamole). The you lady doing the bread and meat asked me if I wanted my sandwich toasted. I said yes toastit with the turkey, bacon and cheese, she proceeded to put guacamole on it and I said I don?t want the guacamole heated. Theyoung lady got upset and tore the meat off the sandwich and threw the bread with the guacamole on it on the floor. She wasbeing very rude at that time like I did something wrong and I told her just forget it....I will go to Casey?s to get my subsandwiches and you my young lady are rude and I won?t be coming back!!!! Me and my dad went to Casey?s for our sub sandwichesand they were loaded with meat and absolutely delicious and service was amazing!!!!! Read more
The staff is friendly, post pandemic prices are harsh..still worth it ????. If I had to suggest an improvement it would be the... drive thru intercom. Read more
