Normally I do not post a bad review as everyone has a bad day, but today was like if they couldn't discourage you from doing... business there, they would do their best to run you off after made your purchase. First two choices they were out of, so Isettled for something else. Then after waiting 15+ minutes for our order, we sat at a table and before we can finish, the girlcomes right up behind me and starts sweeping under our table. After hitting my chair a few times with the broom and herstanding right over top of me, I finally get up and ask her if I am in her way. She rolls her eyes, says no and then precededto step between me and the table to finish sweeping at my husband's feet. We were the only people in the lobby, so it wasn'tlike she didn't have anywhere to clean that wouldn't inconvenience anyone, so why get all up on top of us? We got disgusted andleft. So much for social distancing or just basic manners for that matter. I won't be back. Read more

Drove to Havelock from New Bern twice and this guy lied to me that they don't have any dairy ice cream. The first time it was in... stock but he was too lazy to look. Well my luck again the second time he said nope we don't have any dairy free. Well I calledand spoke to the manager and of course there's watermelon dairy free ice cream!!! Guess who wasted a drive all for nothing. Read more

I think this particular dunkin' donuts Baskin-Robbins has the best customer service they could they could have the worst coffee... in the world and I would still go just because they have the best customer service ever however their coffee's just as good astheir customer service they're are 6 dunkin' donuts in my area this is bi far the best 1 the 1 in Morehead nc is ran by a veryarrogant manager along with a very arrogant district manager as well as the one in James City and New Bern the one in Havelockis and will always be considered my favorite and is the best one just by their customer service alone that is what makes thedifference between that one and the other five it said that one is better than all five put together ???? Its 31 flavors can't go wrong!!! Seriously staff is great and so patient with 3 year olds who just can't make up their minds or... want a scoop of each. My grandson was going to have a meltdown because he wanted one of each. I'm trying to explain...ruin yourdinner ( he didn't care) no bowls big enough ( still didn't care) after my third attempt this lady says, "psst come here please.He goes over) she's holding a fresh container of a chocolate caramel with lots of stuff in it. "This kind we keep in the backfor when super heros come. I noticed you checking for the Bat signal. I'm so honored that one of Batman's helpers came to mystore. He always gets 3 scoops of this in a waffle come. Would you like the same thing?" If I could give more than 5 stars...I would! Dropped off 18 early morning and the service, food and great attitudes were going... on. The guys were pleased with the great service and said it was the best dunkin they've ever been too. Thank ya'll and keep thegreat service and attitudes! Read more
