Several times I have gone to this bojangles and they have gotten my order completely wrong or forgotten items on my order. It... really comes down to which shift is working. Sometimes everything is perfect. I havent been able to figure out which times thegood shift works but regardless it's pretty much a hit or miss. Read more
I had the grilled chicken salad and it was excellent. Also, tried a bit of the fried chicken and French fries my daughter... ordered and they were also great, especially liked the bbq sauce. Customer service was stellar here as well! Read more
Been here several times, have had several issues with getting orders correctly. On my last visit I ordered an 8 piece dark... chicken box. Employees stated that they didn't have enough dark pieces. Instead of offering options to wait for more chicken orallow substitutions, they stared at me like I was just supposed to order something else. Might adjust score when/if my complaintis received and followed up by those it concerns. For now this is a one-star establishment. Will not revisit. EDIT: I'veattempted to reach out to Bojangles Corporate several times over the phone and through their online customer service. No onefrom Bojangles has attempted to communicate with me regarding the poor service complaint. I have to assume they just don't carethat they lost a 25+ year customer. Read more
This location always slow.... they always say its going to be a 20 minute wait for chicken. Its literally the only thing they... have to make sure is available. Save yourself 20 minutes and just drive to the Newport location. They always have food ready.Havelock just can't seem to get it right. Read more
I cannot begin to say how disappointing this visit was. Had to wait at the drive thru order box before I could order with... several cars behind me. Once I got my order there was no seasoning on the fries, the chicken leg look like a drumette from awing, and the thigh once the breading was removed was only two small bites of chicken. The breading on the chicken was hard andalmost impossible to eat. Please see photos the chicken is on a fry bag to give you an idea of just how small the chicken pieceswere. I used to love bojangles and this place has really turned me away from it. They can?t ever get the orders right. If they are out... of something they don?t tell you they just give you something else I guess in hopes you won?t notice until you drive off. I toldthem I wanted a Dr Pepper they gave me tea when I told them they said yeah we are out. This has happened several times. This wasa meal we got only two pieces of chicken and biscuits looks like complete garbage. Our other meal had fries and they weren?teven cooked all the way. Not to mention all the attitudes you get. The best people ever! The best customer service and they really get to know their customers. They're is always someone coming... out to check on customers and making sure the the tables, and customer areas are clean. Condiment station is always stockedfull.
