We went here to have dinner with extended family of 8 people total. We were greeted and everything was good until we received... the food. The waitstaff began to bring the food out as it was ready and the orders were all messed up. One ordered a grilledcheese and it looked like a truck ran over a hamburger bun. One didn?t get their sides, and one received hot peppers instead ofgreen peppers. This person is allergic to them. They didn?t bring it to the waitstaff attention because they were all readycompletely overwhelmed. At the time there were 2 young teens cooking the food and 2 young teens as waitstaff. We didn?t see anyadult overseeing them. We didn?t blame the workers, they seem to be undertrained or just needed supervision. Our $7+ saladlooked like a salad you would put on a sandwich. Not much on the plate. We paid and gave the staff a good tip. We wereembarrassed recommend meeting our family there. Read more
Absolutely horrendous! Took over 40 minutes to get all the food once we receive it everything was wrong my hamburger did not... even have a patty!! We will never go back and will never recommend. Read more
Ordered food prior to going so it would be ready for pick up by the time I got there sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes.... I was late getting back to work and didn't get to eat my lunch. No one came to the windows to check or let me know that it wasbeing worked on. If you are in a hurry don't go here for lunch is moral of the story. Read more
Shout out to Joe! Last two times I came in he was very nice. He fixed the mistakes the waitresses did both times. Apologized... and just overall he was quick to fix the mistakes/problems. It won't stop me from coming back in there. I appreciate how much heworks hard to care for his customers. Food was hot and delicious! & it was a clean environment. I do want to make a smallrecommendation to the waitresses working there to slow down and re read the orders back to customers this avoids bringing outthe wrong food. But I'll be back!!!! Read more
We ate here on our way home from the beach. The food was ok, and the price was reasonable. The server we had however, went... above and beyond. We have two small children (2 and 4) who don?t eat a lot of food. We ordered one kids meal for the two toshare. Our server brought the kids meal out, in two separate car boxes, so that they both had their ?own meal?. (All kids mealscome out in these cute little 1950?s car boxes). First time there, felt like we walked into the past. Flavorful dinner food. Frozen custard for dessert ???? Amazing prices!
Have ordered from here twice in the past week so far. Burgers were absolutely amazing both times. Fries were undercooked on the... first drive through order. On the second visit, I checked the fries before leaving and they were also undercooked. Told thelady at the window and she had the cook make us another order. The fries were crispy and delicious! Fresh off the grill burger. Best I have had in Havelock. Waitress was very nice. Cook made sure he acknowledged me. Lettuce and... tomato were fresh. Can?t ask for more. Next time I will get the big 5.5oz. Place seemed relatively cleqn. I do not nitpick IfI got it to go I would never even see the floor. Just give me a great burger!! Read more
