This is such a cute restaurant! It's a wonderful Mexican restaurant decorated in the day of the dead theme with lots of bright... colors and the staff are super friendly. The food is delicious! They serve home made tortilla chips fresh and warm with a beandip and salsa when you first sit down and it's so good. They have a nice big menu to choose from with vegetarian options andgreat alcoholic beverages too. Fun atmosphere and amazing food, this place is a great time! Highly recommend! Read more
La Casa Del Patron has great food, friendly quick service, and super affordable prices. The chorizo queso appetizer is delicious... and so is the cheesesteak tacos. A unique feature they have is their homemade sauce bar. The jalapeño sauce is amazing!Definitely try this place out if you're in Havelock. Read more
The best Mexican food I have had! The service was fantastic. Chuy was our waiter and he was so nice and very professional. My... Fiancee and I got margaritas to start. I go the Pina colada and she got the Acapulco, they were both amazing! They were likefruit smoothies with a kick! We also ordered a small queso and it was very buttery and delicious. For entrees we both orderedoff the summer selection menu. I got the cheese steak burrito and she ordered the Barbaccoa tacos. They were both AMAZING! Tonsof flavor, very large portion sizes and they were plated perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend you stop by and give it a try, you won'tleave hungry or disappointed! Read more
Birthday dinner with the family. It was wondering.The Server, she was amazing. The Food was great.I had the fried Chicken... wings.I know it's Mexican but next time just try it..Hot , fresh and juice. I had to try a new drink. Best $ value in the Havelock-New Bern area. The food is very flavorfull and satisfying. The service is fast, prices are great... and the atmosphere is wonderful. We spent $70 + tip for four meals, two desserts, two alcoholic drinks and one soda. Read more
Stopped in for lunch on a road trip. Parking lot was clean and building looked nice. As soon as we came in the door we were... taken care of and seated. Drinks and food was super fast and didn't disappoint. Inside of the restaurant was clean anddecorated. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I would have gave five stars but..... I was in the rest room when anemployee was taking a dump. He came out of the stall and splashed water on one hand and paper toweled it off. Got to wash yourhands correctly after dropping a duece. I personally have gotten sick from this type of behavior and it can put you in thehospital. Read more
