This has to be the worst McDonald's. For sure the worst one I have been to. You are always waiting longer than it should take... for your food, even if they are not busy. Almost half the time it isn't right or missing items. People on their cell phone whiletaking your money. No one in this store cares about the quality of service they provide. Read more

McDonald's is always a place to go when you are on the run or even looking for a Meal for Breakfast, Lunch, or Even Dinner.... Depending on your Preference. I Love their Biscuts and Gravy with Hadh Browns for Breakfast. For Lunch I Tend to Choose Betweenthe McFish, BigMac, or the Quarter Pounder With Cheese. HaLa, Hala. Lol.???? Read more

LOOK AT YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT HERE!! This is SO convenient for us since we live on base but this location is so inconsistent.... This is my 2nd time having issues with my order. The first time was about a month ago, my burger had mold on the bread that Ididn't see until I was halfway through eating it because it was on the bottom. I called the location and the manager replacedthe meal. Which ok thanks, but how many other people ate moldy bread on their burgers during that lunch rush and didn't notice?Gross. Because of that experience, I only do chicken nuggets from there. NOT ANYMORE. Once I got home tonight, I was eatingduring a movie and noticed a few nuggets were pretty crispy and dehydrated almost, ew ok so I get another one and it's soggy.WTH. So I turn on my light to see what's going on. Well, the picture shows you the rest. Some are burnt to Hell and others aresquishy, oozing white stuff. Yuuuuuuck doesn't begin to describe it. Management, please do some quality control in yourrestaurant!! This is scary AND embarrassing! If we have friends or family visit us on base, we will guide them to the McDonalds,OFF BASE to avoid food poisoning. Your standards need to be higher. Read more
They completely burnt my food. I would think you would see the burnt chicken nuggets when you were putting them in the box. They... are hard as a rock. I?m not sure why y?all would still serve that to somebody. Tried calling them 3 times as well with noanswer. Read more
This McDonald's is on Cherry Point Base and is better than the other 2 McDonald's in Havelock, NC. Great service even when they... were busy and everything was right on our order for 4 people!!! Read more
