The food at this restaurant was good, but unfortunately they increased the prices by around 30 to 35% which is just way too much... for what it is. It was already pretty expensive, but I can't justify going back and paying what they are now asking. If youare going to increase the price, it is best to do it gradually, not all at once. I understand that is part of running abusiness having to adjust for changes in the economy, but eating out is part of most peoples disposable income, andunfortunately the consumer feels this also. There is only so much to go around. I wish them the best, but unless theyrecalibrate their pricing, I won't be going back. Read more
Place was full and they were understaffed. Our servers were good and took our order when they had a break. Ordered the egg... rolls, pork rolls and Pho Tai. Appetizers were not good. Egg rolls came straight from a box in my opinion and the pork roll wasessentially bologna wrapped around some noodles. Pho was good, but as others have said a little sweeter than I'm used to. Food was delightful. Staff was limited due to COVID. Our server, a young male, was not happy to be working and was abrupt and... rude. We enjoyed beef pho, chicken pho, summer rolls and Boba tea (lychee). Read more
We will definitely be back!! We came for Pho and we were completely satisfied. The broth was a little sweeter than what we are... used to but that was easily corrected with a little sriracha. The quality of the meat really wasn?t bad, it was pretty decenteven with the effects of COVID on the meat supply to restaurants. We received a fair amount of fresh basil and more than a fairamount of cilantro. I really didn?t see a difference in the amount of noodles from a medium to large, which you should, only adifference in the amount of juice. We got a small sliver, we are used to getting a wedge, of lime and it was very slight on theamount of bean spouts. This was all very easily corrected by ask for more which they brought no questions asked and NOADDITIONAL CHARGE!! We will be back. Read more
Expensive, I ordered to go and the broth leaked. The container was broken and she just put one container under it. That didn't... help if it will knock over and it did. When I got home it was dripping. The presentation of the food was dirty. The roots ofthe bean sprouts are dark. Usually they are taking it off. They have military discount sign by the entrance but she doesn't knowhow to apply it. She told me next time I'll get 20% discount. Not impressed with the broth, it's sweet. Didn't finished it.Waste of money for charging too much for pho, you can do better than that. Read more
