I frequent this subway almost every Thursday and Friday as I work in the same shopping center on those days. I purchase a new... drink cup in the morning, and come back for more water 2-3 times during the day. This has gone on for months without any issuesor complaints from employees. I have avoided complaining about the high turnover and low quality service thereby, but today whenI went in for my water refill, I was rudely told that once I left the ?establishment? I could no longer refill my drink cup. Iwish this establishment actually trained its new employees instead of letting them smother subs in sauce and poorly wrap them,forcing them to stick their hand in sauce in their bag to retrieve their lunch. I wish that their subs were cut well and didn?tfall apart in the middle of eating them and soak my desk in sauce and juice. I wish that I could refill my cup, that Ipurchased today, with water, after not actually leaving the establishment that this subway is located in. I wish I didn?t walkin and see new employees with their masks pulled down breathing onto the food. I wish they actually changed gloves when theytouched other things, like cash registers, instead of rinsing off their gloves and drying them and returning to touchingfood. Today, I experienced the worst customer service from Subway, because there wasn?t any customer service to begin with. The... employee which was in the dining area walk behind the counter did not acknowledge my wife and I but continue to walk to the backof the store. She did not return, so we proceed to exit the store. If I could give negative stars I would. As a MSgt beingtreated like this I can only imagine how the young marines are being treated with the limited food choices on base. One lesscustomer. Read more

My family and I will never attempt to eat or order anything from this Subway ever again. My son and I walked into the door and... the young lady immediately picked up a bowl and walked to the back of the store without even given us the acknowledgement thatshe would be back to assist us. We waited and she didn?t return until we were about to walk out the door. Customer are thereason why you have a paycheck and if this is the type of people you have working for your establishment then you will continueto lose or busy. Read more

Both times I?ve went here both the girls working were extremely rude and disrespectful. As soon as I walked in they rolled their... eyes and when I started ordering my food she caught an attitude with me and raised her voice. Then I told her how I wanted mysub and she made the exact opposite just to make me mad and didn?t fix it when I asked her to politely. I don?t recommend goinghere unless you want your order wrong and your food served with a side of attitude. 0 stars for this subway, never had a problemlike this anywhere else. Read more

Former employee here from the Cherry Point Location. The owner constantly threatened us with contacting corporate, taking away... our meals for any amount of time or even permanently, and firing us. He would also talk poorly of us to other employees andmanagers. The manager during my time there was rude and disrespectful to her employees and made the work environment miserable.She yelled at staff and customers. We weren't given breaks and were very much encouraged to work off the clock and have on manyoccasions because if we stayed past a certain time clocked in we would be in more trouble than we would be for working for free.This applied to minors as well. Guests could easily tell how unhappy we were at this establishment even though we tried to hidethat. Being short staffed was also a major issue as not many people would stay due to the manager and owner and simply walkedout when it became too much, which didn't take long at all as I've walked out too. All in all, I have boycotted subway as awhole, especially the ones in this area due to my time working at the Cherry Point location. I won't be surprised if this getsdeleted as a way to hide what type of place this is. Read more

This place is full of miserable, sad employees who look like they hate their life. Half of them still manage to give good... customer service and are friendly, the other half takes it out on customers. The manager is a whole next level of bad. Sheargues and criticizes the staff in front of customers like it's no big deal. She's rude to customers as well. Extremely shortwith people, rolls her eyes, etc. There's understandably only so fast a Subway can be, but between 11-1 or so, this place isPACKED and utter chaos. Literally the line wraps around the whole store and out the door sometimes. You should expect a good20-30 minute wait if you come during those times. No joke. It's hot and muggy, and they lose staff members so quickly half ofthem aren't trained enough to make food correctly. I'm constantly rearranging my subs because they think putting veggies on oneside and sauce on the other is acceptable. This place knows it's one of the few options for lunch on base and doesn't bother tocorrect the problems it has because they know people will still come here. If you have to come here, just be sure to do it after1 or so. Read more
