The person was ? ok but they put about half a cup of Mayo on my sandwich!! By the time I got to eat it the Mayo had soaked... through and made it unable to be held?. I will NOT be coming back to this location. Read more

Almost a minute to get acknowledged at drive-thru speaker, was asked to "please wait a moment". Proceed to wait 9 minutes and... then just left because I was tired of waiting. Not sure if they were understaffed or what, I saw a truck pull up with threepeople while I was waiting. They walked in. They were in the store for about 4 or 5 minutes. Then they walked back out with nofood. Update Nov 22: Did an in-app order for a #3. Picked up, app never stated it was ready. When I started to eat it therewere no green peppers, cheese was wrong type. I called and they said they were out. I should have been informed right away theycouldn't make the order I placed, even better I should have been notified in the app could they not provide it as ordered, canthey not remove items why can't make due to stock issues (which has been a problem every time I've tried to use this locationover the last several years). Still a 1 star, wish I could rate it lower. Read more

Absolutely horrid. I'm a chef and a boss. It's astonishing that this business has the audacity to not have tomatoes at any given... time. Eat fresh? Can we? I would have gone to a grocery store or to a farmers market as a person of authority to not only leadand demonstrate exactly how to handle simple situations like that, but to change the culture that is giving this franchise asickening reputation. I ordered an item yesterday morning before going into work. The manager messed up my item completely and had the audacity to... state that I have to bring the item and the receipt for them to remake it or to receive a refund. Mind you, the item was overtwelve hours old and rarely touched. Every time I return to this specific location, they mess up all of what I order. I used towork here and they still mess my order up. I will be calling head quarters! I?m completely fed up. Read more

I had a great salad about a month ago so I went back for a sub today. They had No provolone, no lettuce, no tomatoes and no... onions. The next customer asked for a spinach wrap which they did not have either. This was at 130. How will they work the restof the night? Totally disappointed Read more

The cleanest subway I have been to in years and years. Hard working, friendly staff. Subway isn?t my favorite place to eat, but... my daughter loves it so we went here. And it really stood out as being better than others I have been to. Read more

Placed an order 20 minutes before arriving. 5 minutes before I got there it said order is ready for pickup. Sat in the... drive-through while they ignored me until calling (I watched them answer the phone) and told them I was at the window for mypickup. They said ok and hung up. The girl then proceeded to walk around and empty every trashcan in the restaurant. Finally mywife had me pull up and she went in. There was one customer in the restaurant the entire time. She waited patiently and toldthem she wanted to pick up our order. It is now a little over 30 minutes since it was placed and paid for. That's when they saidit wasn't even prepared yet. Not sure if it's bad management or just poor workers but this place has gotten worse over theyears. I will not be returning. Read more

Ohhh my gosh. I worked at this same very Subway 28yrs ago. Husband & I decided to visit where our marriage began Cherry Point... Air. I cannot believe it is still here. Good for you SUBWAY ???? ????. We even stopped and had some subs. Sandwiches wereperfect ???? Read more
