A typical Subway. It's been a while since I ate at Subway and the new shredded chicken was decent
Ordered a veggie and cheese. Got like 4 pieces of green peppers and when I asked for more I got another 2. I asked for more and... was told he couldn't. Never have I had a subway employee tell me I couldn't have whatever vegetables I wanted. I wasnt askingfor the world, just peppers. Super disappointed. Read more
Stopped here for a late lunch/early dinner on a Saturday in August. Very nice open room (removed the seating) and it's easy to... maintain distancing with the other customers. I used the bathroom and I didn't need to ask for a key, even though I had justwalked in and hadn't bought my meal yet. Nice and quick service (I'm sure they'd be great on a busy day) and tasty food. Fullracks of chips and lots of bottled drinks too. There were only 3 or 4 cookies left though, minus the 2 I purchased. I recommendthis place. Read more
Probably the dirtiest Subway in Ontario, including TTC. Bathrooms are extremely gross and floor goes unswept for days on end... (sometimes weeks). I can't imagine the counter. ???? Employees don't listen for orders, try to charge for extras or the wrongorder or totally freeze up for valuable minutes on end. Too interested in their own conversations. No, this wasn't one time,this has been for months. This Subway used to be just "okay", maybe 3 stars, which I would take in a heartbeat over as it sitsnow. They must have new management because in the past few months this place is truely awful. 3 pieces of meat don't make a coldcut, not even half of one. I used to go once a week for a cheap lunch. I'll avoid this like Covid from now on, and you should betoo... because it will probably make you sicker than Covid. Read more
You know, I read the reviews of this Subway and thought that people were making a bigger deal of things than they actually were.... But I visited here recently, and was kind of surprised at how bad it was. The employees don't listen to the customers at all.They continue on with a personal conversation while building an order. They forget what you've ordered, and ask you the samequestion multiple times. Customers aren't the priority here, and it shows. Read more
I was in behind a gentleman who was recipient of rude behaviour from the one of the staff. The customer had some specific... request on how he wanted his food but the staff member was outwardly frustrated and rude with the man who obviously had littlekids he was trying to consider in his food and drinks. Told him he couldn?t have more than 1 fork and telling the other staffhe should be charged for small plastic cups. He became pretty aggressive in his demeanour. The staff member was rolling hiseyes at other customers when they wanted too much toppings and then proceeded to give a s?mores cookie instead of oatmealraisin. I would suggest this person get out of customer service and the food business if he can?t be polite and patient with thecustomers. Read more

Pulled in at 840pm. with family, 2 younger kids. Bought 4 sub meals and told the attendant we were traveling, went to sit down... we were told he was closing. Got in the car at 853pm had clearly time for us to eat but forced to eat in car. What a terribleexperience to close early and turn lights off. Read more
