This was always my wendys go to for good service in the past so im not sure what happened tonight when my fiance and i came to... this one at around 10:30. I drove 15min to come to this one because the 2 that are 5 min from me have bad customer service &often the burgers we get are ice cold. Well apparently this must now be a thing across the board at all wendys because oursandwiches didnt even touch a grill or any form of heating device, yet the fries were overcooked. When we arrived, we waited atthe ordering menu quite a bit, then kept being told to hold which is fine. What wasnt fine was having to order like 3 timesbecause for whatever reason they seemed confused by my small easy order. So i found out why once i got to the window and got ahuge whiff of the ?green? smell when the window opened. Like i dont care about that but like dont let it affect your ability todo good work or wait until youre at least off your shift if it will affect you like this. Read more

They are super slow and also super rude. They never get an order right. I don?t know who the manager here is but they clearly do... not care as these problems have been voiced by plenty of people with no changes. I understand staffing issues but you can?t keepthis same staff and expect people to ever come back. Worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. I made an order through the mobile app. I have made several before without any issue, per one of their managers requests that I... pick up my order through the drive window since they are lacking in staff. This time I was yelled at to stand in the drive lineto get my order. They then retracted the demand for me to stand in the line and just wait by the window. Once my order was readyfor pick up I was yelled to "hurry up" by the associate at the window. Very rude service. Read more

My experience was horrible. The staff were cursing up a storm while I was placing my order, knowing the microphone was on and I... could hear them. My order was messed up and I had to re-order at the window. At which point I was running late to work becausethey were taking so long. After re-taking my order, they somehow managed to mess it up again. I had to pay 3 different timesbecause they kept missing the items I was ordering. The staff were rude and basically threw my food at me when ?handing? it tome. I will never come back to this Wendys again. Read more

The Wendy's on Lancaster Ave in Haverford,PA is absolutely horrible. We have tried to eat there twice in the past 2 weeks. Two... weeks ago my burger was 100% wrong!!! I called and complained since I could not get back to that location. They did refund mebut, that didn't help my hunger. Today, September 21 we went there (drive thru). Again, everything was WRONG. The personworking there told us we were wrong! We did get our money back!! Needless to say they were also messing up many other customersfood. Came here for a quick bite between meetings. I utilized the drivethrough. Overall, the experience was okay. The screen in the... drivethrough is broken so you can't see and confirm that they heard you order correctly. Additionally, the drivethrough lane isquite narrow. They utilizer a single window for payment and food pick up which usually leads to slower turn around time. Someconfusion between the order taker and the car ahead of me caused quite a back up to occur. However, food was consistent withother Wendy's so no surpsrises there. Read more
