Only reason I gave 2 stars is all the employees were working hard. But I ordered about 30 mins before I arrived. There were like... 6 or 7 people all standing waiting for their orders. I was 1 of last people to get food. At least Pizzas were hot. Read more
Me and my mom went there for lunch, and I thought the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I had a steak and cheese in a... pitabread and it was very tasty, and it was very filling. My mom had a hot vegetable pita. She loved it and wants to goback. They saw were are both disabled so they even brought our food to our table. We were both very satisfied. I grew up eating Papa Gino's and always crave their pizza while in the area. I know that probably makes this review biased but... here you go anyway. My most recent order of a regular cheese pizza and bread sticks was awesome. The flavor of the signaturecheese blend and the sauce was delicious. The dough was perfectly crunchy on the outside while chewy on the inside. It seemslike Papa Gino's is struggling though. I see many abandoned pizzerias in many cities in New England. It is time for acompany/franchise upgrade. Keep the menu the way it is but upgrade your locations. Run more ads. Streamline your incredibly easyto use online ordering. Reinvent yourself with a new image. New logo design? Spokes person? So much room to grow and succeedhere. Read more
I did not care for this pizza. I ordered a large pepperoni with sausage pizza. In my opinion it took too long and didn't have... enough toppings. Maybe there was a problem with the pizza rotator thing, I wouldn't call it an oven really... either way I didnot get enough toppings for the $20 I paid. And the sauce was bland. I didn't like this. I was actually very disappointed. This was all I ate all day long after working for 12 hours. I just won't order this anymore. Read more

The employees working had great attitudes but when I received my chicken tenders they weren't edible. They were so overcooked... that there was no meat. Just burnt breading. Read more
