Always great food from Romano?s! On my most recent order, there was a small mistake in one of the dishes. Though they were... willing to offer a credit for their mistake, they knew I had really wanted the food. The crew here did the right thing and tookthe time during a crazed rush before closing and remake the dish, righting the wrong and keeping my business. Something assimple as this will keep me coming back for sure! I?m honesty not sure where these other poor reviews are coming from. Theseguys deserve much better than that. Absolutely horrible!! I ordered a large steak and cheese sub and literally over half of the sub is just bread! The bread was... rock hard on the ends, and cold. We called to let them know we weren't satisfied and the manager was completely rude, didn'twant to give his name and claimed there was a lb of meat! Haha what a joke! This place has completely tanked over the years.We're more than happy not to waste money on less than subpar food from a horrible manager!!! Read more
They are fabulous onion rings but don?t ordered the BLT. The bacon Is less to be desired. We ordered delivery, and we?re very... disappointed in the BLT. The bacon was undercooked and subpar. I took a photo of the bacon as an example. Very disappointing buttheir other dishes we hav previously had have been great? Will never order a BLT from this establishment again. The day after Thanksgiving in the early evening I needed food and not turkey, so I went to Romano?s in Haverhill as the phone... line was busy to call in for pizza. Walked in and it was busy! Lots of people working behind the counter in an orderly fashion.I thought this perhaps a bad idea as everyone was thinking like me. Lots of customers coming and going picking up orders. Istepped up to the counter and was warmly greeted and placed my order. 10 minutes later with pizza in hand I was home. The pizzawas hot and. Crunchy good! Gone downhill. The cost of a large Italian is ok if it had meat in it. Used to be full of cold cuts this had literally two... slices thick of mean. Shame on you. Never spend money there again. If you want a roll filled with tomatoes and onions yourgood. Read more
