Everything MUST be good because the lines to the drive-up window were long. I only wish people could enter the restaurant if... only to order their take-out but not sit down at the tables. (Also, I wish the chopped onions were INCLUDED for free on theTaco Supremes).???? Finally, the "Plague's" severity has lessened enough to that the company now allows people to come INSIDE toorder at the counter OR sit down and eat at a table !! Read more
100% better than the one on Lafayette Rd., Seabrook, NH. Brightly lite up so you know the restaurant is open, unlike the... Seabrook location where you don't even know if the restaurant is open or not. Friendly service, polite employees, and very cleanrestaurant. Read more
9/12/22 around 8:00pm waited over FORTY minutes in the drive through could have gone to a restaurant instead and they would have... been quicker. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Read more
Terrible experience worker screaming from the top of there lungs. the person taking my order at the drive-thru couldn?t even... hear me say six tacos Instead I got three tacos. When I asked why did I get three tacos the person simply said you said threecouldn?t fix it couldn?t add to it, absolutely no care ever mind you there was nobody at the drive-thru at that time and no oneat the restaurant so it wasn?t that they were busy. We ordered online through the app and picked up in store. My husband went in to pick it up, and he told the lady at the register... he was picking up an online order. She said they only had one but it didn't go through then just walked away out back. Anotheremployee walked up, asked for the name on the order, and promptly gave us the bag of food ready and waiting at the counter. Atleast she was helpful! I used to love this Taco Bell. Over the last few visits, however, I have decided it's not worth the frustration. They rarely get... the order right. The staff has been completely uninterested in paying attention, or really doing much of anything it seems. Ireally hope it turns back around. I like Taco Bell, but this location has not been good for some time now. *Edit* - I came hereagain recently because my kids wanted it, and they actually did get all the food right. The service at that moment had vastlyimproved over my last several visits here. Hopefully they have turned a corner in a good direction. Read more
The best Taco Bell in the area. This franchise owner clearly knows what hey are doing. Thank you to their team members. The... other Taco Bell down the street in Haverhill is complete trash. They are the most incompetent group of people starting from thetop. Please demolish this building and place a dumpster there. Same thing. Read more
