The food is always badly made. I went there the other day and they didn't have meat for the Tacos............ The KFC side is... not bad though. The Taco bell is a no no. Go to the one in Plaistow. Wish I could put a 0 star. Read more
Worst experience ever! They?re super slow and always mess up with the orders! Unbelievable!! They must be forever under staffed.... Do the city a favor and close down! This place is a shame! Seriously, a joke! Waited 30 min in line to get home and find out Ipaid for ground beef even though I don?t even eat red meat!!! Who?s is in charge of this place?? I work here & Customers don?t seem to understand that the store is under staffed at times but the employees try their best. And... the thing customers don?t think about when ?having to wait? and not everyone goes to a restaurant ordering 1 singular thing youmay be waiting for 1 thing but KEEP in mind that the person in front of you probably ordered 24 tacos and a 16 pc chicken and 8sides and stuff like that doesn?t take 30 seconds to make RESPECTFULLY. so have some patience like a respectable human being. Never ever leave bad reviews but it genuinely breaks my heart that I have to wait 30+ Minutes every time I come here for the... simplest order. Even if I changed my mind & didn?t want to fulfill the ridiculous wait, there is not enough space in the drivethru to pull out + you cannot make a left? It?s just the worst experience every time I come here. Waited over 5 minutes to have our order taken, then waited 30 to actually get our food. (Missing food and wrong food in the... bag). This place needs to be shut down considering they can not actually put out food orders in under 30 minutes... an on shiftemployee said that the majority of their crew didn't show up. All the sodas were out of syrup, half the tables had trash allover them. There was a great employee on the grill who helped us, the person acting as the cashier couldn't care less. Goanywhere but here. Would give 0 stars if I could. Read more
THIS IS PROBABLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT ANY FAST FOOD PLACE. spent 35 minutes in line only to wait another 11 waiting... for our food. they didn?t start making it until we got up there and the cashier had to keep telling people to make it. as we arewaiting for our food the workers had made their own food and was walking around eating and goofing around. non of the workerswere actually working and where walking around doing absolutely nothing. they were too lazy to refill the drinks.. after almost50 mins of waiting i received the food and was barely any meat in my taco? honestly extremely disappointed and will never bereturning to taco bell again. This location is the worse of them.all. I don't know why they open. The close before the time they suppose too and never have... any food. Just went through the drive thru and was told they didn't ha e anything only fries. So why be open then???? Thislocation needs better management and better staff and HAVE SOME FOOD!!!
