I’ve heard good things about Tawa Tandoor and stopped in today. I told the gentleman there I really didn’t know what to... order, but I don’t like lamb and don’t want my food too spicy. I've stopped by here twice on my way to hikes and boy the food here is amazingly good. I thoroughly enjoyed the Momos which come... with a flavorful chutney on the side. I've also had their chilli chicken and it was delicious. Read more
This is the sweetest little restaurant in an area barren of south Asian cuisine. We have dined in twice in the past month or so.... I have enjoyed the Himalayan section of the menu and my date likes the tandoor and curry. They make terrific garlic naan andappetizers. Portions are large enough to have leftovers to take home. I have always regularly enjoyed Indian cuisine locally as well as around the world and Tawa Tandoor is by far THE BEST I’ve... ever had. The people who work here just as amazing as their food! Amazing for takeout. Really flavorful food. We tried the Paneer Masala and Channa Masala. I asked for "hot" and the spice was... perfect! I noticed that have a buffet set up but not sure if that's open during covid. Really delicious. I will definitely visitagain. Read more
The lamb madras is delightful and when they say hot they mean HOT. It’ll burn your mouth so good! The garlic naan is to die... for. All around delicious food. And the service is great too. Everyone is so nice. Definitely recommend coming here if you wantyummy, authentic food Read more
