Had birthday lunch with my dad the other day and our server was fantastic. I wish I could remember his name. He was engaged and... enthusiastic during our meal. His sense of humor was great too. When he found out it was my birthday lunch, he grabbed uspumpkins as a gift. Thank you for a great lunch experience. Read more

Incredibly slow service. Jammed my large pizza into a medium box and basically smooshed it, no apology/explanation, just “yeah... they did that for some reason.” Waited 30 minutes past my pick up time and only saw one employee. Management must be doing aterrible job or just don’t care. Go somewhere else to eat. Read more

I used to frequent UNO about 20 years ago when it had a much bigger footprint as a concept. My kids have also taken a liking for... Chicago style pizza. We came as a group of 5 for lunch on a Friday. We were seated and served by the same young lady. Wequestioned there not being a host on and she said "not during the day normally... it's no big deal". During our visit I believethis restaurant was staffed with 2 foh and 2 boh people. Everyone was working noticeably hard, but were overwhelmed by theworkload. No tables were bussed during our visit, which ended up being over 90 minutes due to speed of service. At the time weleft, the bartender was serving 5 tables in the dining room and we had both FOH employees helping make salads. The food wasgood, but understand this labor model isn't going to build a successful business. Read more

The restaurant was pretty empty. There was one server and the bartender was acting as host and waiter, as well. He was very... nice, fast and conscientious. I think his name was Michael. My child's pizza was perfect and they got free cookies to make upfor my meal. The salmon I got was over cooked and didn't taste that great. The broccoli was fine. Mashed potatoes didn't comeout until I was leaving. I took them to go. I didn't really care that the potatoes took longer for whatever reason, but it wasthe salmon. The cut was too thin. In restaurants they should be the nice 2" thick cuts seared on one side. This was less than aninch and had no browning at all. It was like they poached it. It was a bummer, to be honest. In response to Thomas. I don'tlive in the area. We were passing through. I do take my child be ause their favorite food from a restaurant is bacon-less potatoskins appetizer. So, I'll take them, occasionally. Like I said, we really enjoyed Michael as our server and it was just theSalmon, so, you just need to make sure they know how to cook a piece of salmon. Thanks for responding! Read more

We usually go here once a month. Always treated great, always great waitresses, food always awesome. We just went on... 8/6/22...our waitress was just the best we have had. I wish I remember her name...very short cropped black hair...she was 5stars plus! Read more

It's unfortunate that there aren't as many of these restaurants locally as there were five to ten years ago. At least there is... one relatively close to us (a 25 minute drive). Most New Englanders like me love the thin crust pizza but I LOVE deep dish. Ialso like that Unos tries different ideas for toppings. My son and I shared a New York Deli deep dish pizza and it wasEXCELLENT. Of course, they also have plenty of other options beyond pizza. The staff was friendly and courteous, the restaurantwas clean and well-maintained, and there's plenty of parking. I look forward to returning there soon! Read more

After having Easter lunch at home, we went to Unos for pizza and wings for dinner. The wings and pizzas were delicious. Try the... wings with the North Carolina dipping sauce and we all got the salty dog bears with blueberries in it. Had a great time. Read more

I always enjoy Unos pizza. Yesterday I ordered the spicy Hawaiian thin crust pizza. It was really good. It was a sweet red chili... sauce with ham, fresh pineapple chunks, and jalapeños. Drizzled with ranch. I substituted the ham for bacon and the regularcrust for cauliflower crust. My order arrived and it ended up being the regular thin crust but I told the waitress and she saidthat was her fault. I would have eaten it if it wasn’t for my diet. She was very apologetic. The right pizza came out and itwas delicious! Then we realized it was pie day 3.14 and they had a deal for thin cheese pizza for $3.14. So we ordered one togo! Happy 3.14 day! Read more
