First time going and its my last time going. Went there around 630pm not sure if they were about to close but people are in... drive thru. I went inside and there was and employee sweeping and picking up trash with gloves on. I say Hello and he saidhello. He put broom down and went around to the counter to ring up my medium hot tea and paid with cash. When he gave change, Isaid do you mind if you change your gloves before making my hot tea. He gave instead attitude and said this is ridiculous. Hechanged gloves and made tea and sat on counter and as soon as I was about to say something, he said NO real loud with andattitude. I put tea back on counter and said I would like a refund. I got my refund and left. I didn't want his dirty glove totouch my tea bag that they open and put in cup for you. Read more
