Every time I order from them on door dash or go in person Half the food Always missing n Because I had to Report to door dash... so many times. They won't even refund me now so Just wasted money and had to re order from some where else. So stuck Paying forare meal 2x won't ever order from there again it's always The same issue. We stop from work at 3am drive thru,the people inside answer the system not work. The Question is, if the system not work! why... they still there? Why they did not close and go home? So that we did not Stop. Please change your employee. Read more
DO NOT USE THE APP HERE! Took almost $40 of my money through the McD for curbside. When I showed up, they said curbside was... closed (which I found out by calling them after waiting 20 minutes in their curbside spot). They have not refined me. This has got to be the worst McDonald?s I have ever been to. There is nothing fast about this fast food place. If you come here... at any point during the day, make sure you don?t have any plans for the next 42 minutes because that?s about how long you?ll besitting in line waiting for your food. And that?s IF they decide to take your order. Advertise 24 hour but only works 16 hoursout of the day? Honestly the worst experience I?ve ever had at a fast food. Love The McDonald's Brand. Always Have. Stopped at the McDonald's in Havre De Grace on rt 40 @ 10:10am on 9/17. Since the... Drive through was backed up a country mile i went inside. "BIG mistake". Waited for someone to take my order for over 20 mins.When I asked one of the employees "Is anyone taking orders here" I was told Nastely mind you. "You will have to wait. There isonly 3 of us we can't do it all. The person standing right behind me said. This McDonald's sucks. They do stuff like this allthe time. He only goes there because its very convenient for him. Food is never a good as it use to be for years now. Ice tea is horrible for years now. Use to be the best ice tea around. It... tastes like they don't clean the machines and maybe changed tea also. French fries are always cold and old. Burgers are alwayshard and cheese is never melted. S0 disappointed. I recently decided they are not changing for the better ever again. So Istopped going there. Staff was friendly but despite not being very busy I did have to pull forward and wait for part of my meal. It didn?t take more... than 5 minutes for then to come out with my food though so not too horrible. Food was as expected and my daughters always lovegetting the apple slices. Always a hit. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting, there was trash on vacant tables and the floor. We were the only sit in customers and... it was still disgusting while a manager sat at a table on the phone using profanity while my kid was listening.
