I order two wraps at 9:37 it?s now 9:45 it is not busy and I am still waiting on food. The girl working the deli either doesn?t... know how to read or has no memory function. I am a local business owner and I frequent the Royal Farms location on Juniata street in havre de Grace daily. Every single... time it doesn?t matter what pump it is it always says receipts fail because no one ever fills the receipt holder. Literally, the worst Royal Farms in which I've ever been! The cashier was incredibly rude! She didn't speak one word to me...no... greeting, no thank you, nothing. After paying with my card, she flipped the receipt toward me with so much attitude I couldhardly believe it! Take my advice, go to any other convenience store...avoid this one at all cost! Read more
Some of the staff could use a refresher on Customer Service, lol. But i have been coming to this store for 10 plus years, and... have seen the best and worst leave. The store, in this case, is a reflection of the company and managers. Complaints about thestore fall on deaf ears, and the employees are the ones that get the brunt of it.
