NEVER EVER have had good fresh chicken from this location. I've tried here about 6 times but always dry and cold. And a ton of... it on display but unfortunately made hours ago. It's a shame because NOTHING like Royal Farms chicken. I've lived in HDG 30yrsand would of spent $100's if not $1000's here¹ but naaaaaa. I think people fall prey coming off 95.. one timers. Management is awful. If French vanilla creamer is the most popular for coffee, The logical thing would be to order more so you... do not run out for over one week at a time. All of the stores place orders twice per week, so it?s obvious somebody?s not doingtheir job. Bunch of rude kids working at the store. Yesterday I walked in and there was a younger worker over by the coffee. Shegave me a rude look and then went about her business. I said hello but she didn?t even respond. I Hardly ever get chicken and wedges from here anymore due to the fact they are always dry and gross, manager has a spicy... attitude 90% of the time. No soap in men's room , they told me to use hand sanitizer. This was a manager so I wouldn't buy anything to eat . I don't know... who is worse royal farm or the McDonald's across the street who locks the lobby before 430 some days . Read more
Worst Royal Farms ever. Customer service is horrible. Apparently since they have the self checkouts the staff thinks they don't... have to ring anybody up. When I told her I'm not on their payroll and didn't believe in using the self service checkouts I wasrudely told to go ahead to scan my items. I don't mind this location or the employees, however, it is plagued with people begging for money, particularly in the evening.... Tonight I was asked for money by 2 separate people. Sadly this is a fairly regular occurrence at this location. Incrediblyawkward and I've even had the people get indignant and confrontational with me when I politely tell them no. This is a seriousproblem that this location needs to address. For the time being I don't plan on stopping here for gas to avoid it. Read more
I love Royal Farms, but I don't love this Royal Farms. It seems the staff in the daytime is pretty decent! They are working to... help you and are friendly! The food is always ready and fresh and tastes good! The nighttime staff though leaves a lot to bedesired. When you order food they grumble. Sometimes they forget to add food items that you ordered. The food doesn't alwaystaste good like it does during the daytime. They are on their phones half the time when checking you out. I think this could bean amazing location if the staff was better. Maybe they just need better management overnight. The location is right off ofRoute 40, and there is a lot of business here. I would give this 4.5 if it weren't for the nighttime staff, so I'll give it a3. Royal Farms is amazing and I'm glad there is a location that is in a great spot for everyone local to benefit from! Staff just stands around or always outside smoking, need to go elsewhere for my coffee and snacks. Also restrooms need... attention. Not healthy. Read more
