The last 3 times we have ordered food at the counter we have had to wait from 20 minutes to 40 minutes each time.. We didn't... order anything special just a family meal of chicken. If it wasn't for the fact the food is so good we would have stopped goingto this location a long time ago because of the service. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE! I went to this place hoping to enjoy a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles. The first... sandwich was a couple of smashed buns with a piece of barely warm chicken, I returned it. Based on what I got for a secondsandwich it seems to be that the employee, a young Hispanic woman, was upset because she had to make another one. The secondsandwich can't even be called a sandwich. She intentionally made a sandwich with two strips of burnt chicken with pickles. Ishowed it to the cashier and she was amazed of what I got for a sandwich. The cook obviously knew that the chicken was burnt; itwas dark and hard like a rock. She had to touch the chicken in order to make the sandwich, so she knew how bad it was allalong; this wasn't a mistake, she did it on purpose. She had the odasity to give me a sandwich that look and tasted like trash,knowing very well that the chicken was not eatable. I really wish to be able to give this place a negative rating, butunfortunately Google doesn't allow it. I am never coming back, and you shouldn't either. Don't go to waste your time and money. The food was good although it did take more than 20 minutes for them to get the order out. The fries have always been well... seasoned. The spicy chicken tenders are nicely cooked and just the right amount of spicy for people who aren't used to reallyspicy food. Their biscuits are a tad drier than KFC, but they do taste better in my opinion. It takes around 30 minutes to get food here pretty much every time, no matter what you order. Don't use the online order feature... on the app, it doesn't seem like they know what they're doing just yet and there's no benefit from using it. It never seems likethey check the receipt either. The receipt shows what sauces, drinks, and stuff I ordered but they I always seem to forget them.The food is great but if you're looking for fast food, then look somewhere else. Read more
