First time eating from the Pizza Ranch I will be returning. It says another when you call in an order and when you walk in the... door for the first time they know you called in. I don't know if it is because I have a thick southern accent or what but theyhad everything ready and it was phenomenally good. Far superior to most national chains. Read more
Floors were dirty, no hand soap in ladies room. We ordered the buffet, sat down to eat and observed an employee in the window... cutting pizzas after he ate something. There should be NO eating in kitchen and if you do, you need to wash your hands. We told"the manager" and it did not seem to matter. It is too bad because I love Pizza Ranch. Read more
Pizza is always hard and dry. In the hour we were there, 80% of employees just sat around on their phones and none of the food... was rotated to fresh food. Pizza looks and tasted like it has been there since noon. Tables dirty, the counter where you pay wascovered in dust, seats sticky. It used to be a fun and delicious place. My husband and I were wanting pizza so we called Hawarden Iowa Pizza Ranch and nobody answered the phone. We let it ring six... times and nobody answered. We called three more times same story. Hawarden Ia. location. On HS graduation day they opened and served our family for my Aunts memorial service. Top notch owner and... crew. The food was awesome as well. I wish this staff and owner the absolute best. They've earned it. Read more
Clean, reasonably priced, nice decor, very nice little salad bar. I would like to see fresh mushrooms, and cottage cheese or a... Jello salad. ???? The fried chicken was wonderful. Tender, juicy, good flavor. It honestly tasted like the chicken I make athome. The dessert pizza was SO yummy! We will definitely be back. Read more
