Always have had issues. Go back to 2019 on my birthday. I sat down with my grandmother and we waited 20 minutes only for nobody... to acknowledge us so I left. Yesterday we went, it was full so we waited our turn. A server or bus girl went to clean a tableand we were told we could have it. Fast forward to 5 minutes later as were about to sit -- a server tells us "NO THAT TABLE ISFOR A GROUP YOU CANT HAVE IT." So guess what? We left. We waited our turn only for others to use the table we waited for.Horrible organization and service. Will never come back. Read more

Food was excellent. We had an XL pizza. The pizza was fantastic. (Sauce is on the sweeter side, so, if I don't like sweet sauce,... it may not be your strike if pizza) I love the sauce they use. Thus is a full Harty pizza, so it's really filling. However, wealso had pain a lai gratine. WOW, just fantastic. My 6 year old is picky with food, he loved the bread gratine. We also hadfries, soups, and variety of other foods. Their menu is extensive so u have lots of different choices. The quality of food ishigher end. Haven't ordered from Carole's restaurent in a while, and i just remembered why... Decided to try the chinese from their menu... yesterday night. It was so far the worst chinese i've ever had! Didn't even finished my plate. If they care about food quality,they should really take it off the menu! Read more

Horrible experience ... Ordered 2 large all dressed pizzas with extra pepperoni (delivery) and received 2 large pizzas with... pepperoni only. Called the restaurant to complain and was told the best they could do is a $9 credit on my order and when I saidseriously was told ok we'll make it $15. Ok so we spent $81 dollars to eat something we did not order ... In my opinion that isabsolutely horrible customer service. This is not how you keep customers. I am giving 1 star as zero stars is not an option! Read more
