They seemed a but under staffed but it was good and we enjoyed our ice creams

Good selection, staff was pleasant. Has a bit of parking and mostly set for outside sitting to enjoy their treats.
Terrible experience within walking into the store. Staff didn?t even say hi and just ask what we wanted. When told the price she... just wanted a $20 and not what we wanted to give to get $10 in change instead because she didn?t know how to count. Then rip thecone out of her colleague hand without given us our change back. While touching money she then touch the cones I was suppose toeat, very disgusting. The chocolate on the cone was all smudged and she didn?t want to fix it. Was very rude to us when we askfor our change and said we were taking too long. We then ask for a refund because we didn?t food that a staff could not evenwash their hands before touching our food. Ask to speak to a manger and we were greeted with a shift manager who was juststanding there the entire time looking. Staff name was Chloe. Very poor quality and manners. For a retired restaurant owner whoexperience that today was very sad to see this is the quality staff this place has. We used to go often to this location tosupport a small town but this was awful and will not be going back. If I could give zero star I would have. Read more
Went in for a Blizzard. It Was like a cold milk soup. When we asked the server why it was like a liquid milkshake, he replied,... that?s how it usually is. So much for turning it upside down before giving it to you, to demonstrate how thick it is. Worst $7we ever spent? never again, we will go to Grenville next time we are craving ice cream. Read more
This review is getting 2 stars for my service this week. Went in on Monday to order my daughter's cake, was told that they... couldn't put on the design she wanted because the writing wouldn't fit. I order her a cake from a Dairy Queen EVERY year andnever had an issue with this. Then I couldn't get the colors that she wanted because they don't have the colors on hand all yearround. Next, I went to go and pick up her cake today on Thursday and THEY DIDN'T EVEN MAKE IT! I prepaid for the cake and theycouldn't even bother! Then they said they couldn't decorate it today because the ONLY person who decorates wasn't in. Anytimeyou go in to talk to the decorator, they are NEVER in. This is ridiculous! Every other Dairy Queen I have gone to has always hadmore then one person knowing on how to decorate cakes! This week has been the worst service I have ever received from DQ! Theyneed to get more decorator's in there or start teaching some of your staff how to decorate! I didn't even get a discount oranything for their mess up! I ended up buying a plain cake and just ended up having to decorate it myself. One thing that Ididn't want to worry about with already so much on my plate to do for the party this weekend, now I have to fit decorating andmaking icing for it into my busy schedule!!! It was a mid way stopping point on our way home from Ottawa. The resto was very clean, but it kind of stopped there. The... gentleman at the cash, while very polite, didn't speak English very well. Ordering was kind of a pain. The food took foreverto come out. When we got our burgers, we jumped in the car to eat on the road... they were horrible. If we'd still been atthe restaurant, I'd have asked for a refund. Moral of the story, if you go to an ice cream place, get ice cream, not cookedfood. Read more
