No drive-thru. Four wheel drive recommended to cross the parking lot as it looks like the surface of the moon. Front window is... boarded up as well. Looks like the owners don't believe in maintenance. I wonder what the kitchen looks like. Fast friendlyservice at the counter. Very little inside seating. The chicken was not good. It wasn't hot and it was dry inside and out.Looks like "shrinkflation" has hit the KFC sides. They are ridiculously small, holding a few tablespoons of food. The containersare the size used for sauce at Chinese takeout places. I don't think I'll be back. Read more
Fruit flies in store, potholes in parking area our car got stucked as it's not good for seadan cars. Popcorn chicken are not... fried until golden brown. Read more
Hawkesbury KFC used to be the best,,,,, but no more. Dried-out re-warmed chicken. Rubbery re-heated fries. Sad to see because... they used to be soooo good. Read more
Love the poutine and popcorn chicken. The workers are always very nice even when I've seen customers scream at them. Last I was... there they gave me free drinks for having to see people yell. Read more
Nice staff... just be careful because there is a vicious squirrel that got into the restaurant and it's hiding somewhere... and... I'm not sure who smashed the front window... or do they just build KFCs like that these days... nobody does that at McDonald'sor burger King.. Read more
They list my order number Had me standing at thr counter for about 45 mniutes . They constantly took other costumers orders... and brushed m3 off. Finally the kfc emploie figured out the billing was under my name . What a bunch of....... Read more
There's not a whole lot to say about this place because it's just a KFC and it does everything right just the way you'd expect... it too. There's nothing negative to say about any aspect of the premises or service besides the fact that the atmosphere insidethe restaurant still seems to be suffering from post-covid traumatic fear disorder even though we've had the vaccine and areclearly out of the pandemic for all practical purposes for months by now. However, that could be much more of a customer/peopleproblem than a KFC problem. Either way, if you coming here for takeout or pick up, it's perfect! The service is usually prettyquick and on time, especially if you use the online app as my wife and I do. Our orders have often been ready before the websiteappointed pick up time. And we haven't been disappointed with the quality of our orders once! Staff however, could maybe be alittle bit more inviting and engaging, but maybe they're still trying to readjust after COVID too. Anyway, great place to grabsome good southern friend chicken. The only thing we wish was here are some of the classic Southern sides like biscuits thataren't available at this location.
