Went through drive thru and got 4 meals. They forgot our 6 piece nuggets for my son. We let them know and automatically seemed... stunned am dlike we were lying. Made us show our food and give them the bags to check them. Guy shut the door rudely as we triedto say we wouldn't lie about it or hide them. Insane 30 minutes or so of a wait for drive thru. Cashier gave our order to the guy ahead of us, who could have entirely put... their hands in and grabbed fries. Gave it back, and then then cashier gave it to us. Closed window on us when questioned.COVID!!! should have remade it. Also got order wrong, and put ketchup when it doesn't say. Read more

I do not come very often to McDonald?s however when I do come I am greeted by some sour girls with poor customer service? The... person that took my order at the drive-through and the one that took payment were both young ladies and both did not have apersonality or even want to be at work from what it appeared. If you don?t like your job and can?t handle the public and atleast be civil and nice then don?t show up? I do have to definitely give a huge shout out to some of the boys that work therehowever especially Nick? Always smiling and always seeing what he can do to better your experience? If you want me to be areturning customer I suggest you look into your employees and make sure that they are happy? Because this kind of service canreally turn a person away from your business. I went there at night and there was barely any customer there. No wait time and no line up. It was so spacious and well... decorated with some nooks and high tables. A few copies of newspapers were available on several tables, unfortunately for me,all were French which I could not read. I could envision it full on a sunny Sunday morning, with groups of friends chatting witheach other in nicely designed nooks and high tables. It also had a nice drive through and ample parking around it so, all inall, a good place to have a coffee, breakfast or lunch. Read more
Went to the one in hawksbury. Normally all is good at McDonald's. But. Not this one time. Ordered the egg mcmufin trio. When... opting through the drive through I noticed I was paying for only rhe sandwich. Replaced my order and paid. Opened up the bag.Fries instead of hash brown and a sandwich wrapped in a papper saying mcgriddles with a sticker saying crispy. Went through thebusy drive through again. Apparently they don't serve hash browns after 11. Let me know next time! The sandwich which I didn'topen , was the correct order. They offered to warm it up but I refused. The food was ok but not what I expected from myprevious experiences with them. I never had a bad word to say. Read more
