I took us out to lunch one afternoon...now I grew up in Montreal and have always loved St-Hubert...there was 3 of us for... lunch....and for a order at the counter and walk your food to your table....And, yes I know it's an Express....But I found itquite expensive for what we got. Food was over cooked. Cold. Even the gravy was cold. They had no and i mean NO utensils at all. All forks and knives were dirty.... Dirty dishes piled on tables and the counter. Nobody cleaning. Asked if we could talk to manager was told nope nobody here. Justus 20 year olds. Sorry. Just not acceptable. Asked for a refund. She asked me why? Really i just told you why. All good but it's a bit pricey for a basic chicken meal lunch special (about $35).
The staff would not help two elderly people carry their trays to the table. Disappointed in these young people. Have some... compassion. Food was good overall. Read more
