I took us out to lunch one afternoon...now I grew up in Montreal and have always loved St-Hubert...there was 3 of us for... lunch....and for a order at the counter and walk your food to your table....And, yes I know it's an Express....But I found itquite expensive for what we got. Food was over cooked. Cold. Even the gravy was cold. They had no and i mean NO utensils at all. All forks and knives were dirty.... Dirty dishes piled on tables and the counter. Nobody cleaning. Asked if we could talk to manager was told nope nobody here. Justus 20 year olds. Sorry. Just not acceptable. Asked for a refund. She asked me why? Really i just told you why. I will be straight up honnest! I ate in a lot of restaurant in my life!! But there's no customer service that will top the one... at St Hubert Express their manager is organized knows how to solved any problems or issues he is def one of the best manager ihave met in my life and i'm very fussy and very specific with my food and i trust him with my food. I would highly recommendthis franchise located in Hawkesbury Ontario beside the LCBO. This young man sure knows how to please and keep a customer andsolve any issues he's the best he deserves a big raise to put up with stress and everything else!! This young man is exactlywhere he should be.. Hawkesbury St Hubert Express has the most professional and genuine manager!! Organize,Responsable he'sawesome. Not a fan of this set up especially for these prices. Food was excellent but the place was dirty.
