Worst Tim Hortons ever. Unable to support their staff with proper staff, unbelievably slow and un-orgnized. WILL leave you in... the drive thru for 30minutes due to lack of staff!? Avoid this Timmies at all cost, as it is a disgrace to the Timmies name. Ireally hope TimHortons reviews their work ethics because this is by far the worst location accross eastern ontario. Very busy. A little slow for service, but it maybe attributed to younger staffing. Maybe they were short staffed at the... time. Drive thru lineup was very long, but I lucked out inside. Service was still slow seeing there was only 1x couple aheadof me. Read more
All the children working there play themselves.they don?t know how to make the coffee and also chai tea they didn?t add sugar.... Please be responsible towards your customers because they pay for this. Read more

Extremely bad service from the employess. I came for steap tea they refused me then i asked for double double they gave me when... i checked no sugar inside. I went back inside the store and tell them they took my cup and just brew it again but did not mixthe sugar. I highly recommend to the manager he/she should check the cameras and some strictness on the employees so that theycan provide the good service. Because they all were kids there and always laughing on customers and give wrong orders. Pleasemanager or owmer should take some serious actions. Thanks Read more
