This Tim's on Main was our running group's "meet-up" spot, the Hawkesbury Runners. We moved on because of the poor attitudes of... the staff. We'd show up with 10+ people wanting coffee and donuts and they treated us as if we were a major inconvenience. Read more
Unprofessional all day long, rude to boot. I have been going here for years. I've always been treated with a certain "distain"... or contempt by the staff. I know that I should have stopped patronaging the place from the get go but it was convenient. Today Iwent in, I left my family with the dogs outside (on our way to the dog park), it's minus 10°C, I ordered 5 breakfast combos.They were missing hash browns...no problem. I then waited for 10 minutes before they told me that they were missing meat for thesandwiches. I asked for a refund and that's were it got crazy, they just started making rude statements about me to eachother...I mean vulgar. I wasn't surprised as I had heard them talk about other clients like that in the past. They've lost mybusiness for good. Why go there when there are literally 4 other drive through, clean, polite, professional and faster Tims in a3 km radius? Never again. Read more
I called an hour and a half for a special order for a dozen éclair and they were ready when I arrived. The young women working... on Saturday, October 3, 2020 were very polite, positive, professional and friendly. I will drive from Orleans anytime to go tothis Tim Hortons for special orders. Read more

Dump! Not clean inside or out. Didn't bother staying to order.
