We waited almost 30 mins along with other cars no one helped any of the 8 cars including us... we finally left as we drove we... saw a girl on drive thru on her phone .. a skinny guy with glasses an older lady w long pony tail (assuming she's the manager) &a young lady just talking relaxing doing absolutely...nothing. dont stop there if you're hungry, they dont care. The only aspect that I like about sonic is the drinks. This day I bought my friends drinks with my sonic app which half the... time doesn't work. I told my friends if the app messes up and embarrass me I would leave a review that reflect this issue. Theapp worked perfectly so and the drinks were awesome. Came in tonight to get a hot dog and burger ask for mustard no mayo got mayo instead and I have complained before about the hot... dogs but apparently who ever is in charge don't care these are the nasty tasting hot dogs ive ever had the chili taste like themeat is burnt and the weiners taste like they put them in a fryer of nasty grease I can see now why you are loosing business youdon't listen to your customers if your not willing to fix it shut it down and maybe someone else will buy it and fix theproblems Read more
Our food was overcooked to the point of burned...we got it to go so didn't know until we were home. We went by again last night... for ice cream...you couldn't park and order but don't know until you parked...so drove back through the drive thru...to only betold I can't get a milkshake due to machine being broken....This has become the worst Sonic I've ever been to...and said all dueto being shorthanded....I think I'll save myself the trouble and aggravation and just bot go back.... I waited 20 min and no one would take my order I watched two other cars pull up and waited then just left I counted 6 ppl in... there. If I could give zero stars for this location, I would. This is the third time to visit and all were bad experiences. Whether it... be the food or the service. On this visit however, I placed my card in the proper location to pay after ordering and the screenwent blank. I removed my card and asked them if the payment went through. The reply I received was no, so I asked if I couldmove to a different stall or go to the drive through and pay. They insisted on taking my credit card inside and refused to allowme to go to another stall or the drive through. I canceled my order and left the location. Never again will I visit here. I took my kids tonight, which we normally avoid like the plague lately because how horrible it has been but I thought I'd give... it a chance and well it was just disappointment again! Our food was way over cooked chicken/ tots/fries was so hard you couldn'teven chew it my kids couldn't even eat it they left the gravy out of the 5 peice tender meal and my toast was even burnt, Iunderstand it's fast food and its not supposed to be the best thing you ever had but come on this is just ridiculous! Doing better, so much better than before. Would be five star if you could get the owner to invest in the appearance of the... store, and get all the broken equipment fixed. They could probably stay open all day long if employees weren't having tomacgyver every order. Read more
