I have only eaten at this location twice and when the employee asks I thought we closed early with me standing there looking at... other employees and not wanting to acknowledge me was my first clue to walk out. I stayed ordered left. My wrap was way to muchpepper and the girl who made it seriously didn't want to be there or wait on a customer. I have had 2 bad experiences back to back. Been there maybe 5 times and had a good experience twice I would say. Seems like... immature kids running the place. Tonight I pull in an hour before close with an open sign on an hour before close to have thegirl holler from behind the counter "were closed" as I am closing the door she simply says sorry we ran out of bread. Really sadbecause in the small town of Hawkins there are very few places to eat. I would assume at a sandwich shop one of the first ruleswould be make sure there is plenty of bread. Man, this place. Drive through is always blocked off. The idea is to serve customers not your employees. You should want to make... getting a sandwich so easy you can do it from your car. My online order tonight. Turkey vert with heavy pepper (this is nottoasted). Large Dr pepper. What was at the store when i got there a toasted turkey vert. And a large lemonade, and was told mystraw was in the bag(spoiler it wasnt). Asked if my sandwich had been toasted, "i dont know i didnt make it". Well based off thewarmth of it makes me think it was, can you show me on my receipt where it says its suppossed to be toasted? Saving you therest of the details they fixed everything.. But I'm like, you had 1 job, read receipt make the order as it appears on theorder. 2 items and you messed up both of them. And created an additional problem by lieing about the straw in the bag. And notonce did i hear them say, "i messed up" nor was i offered an appology for wasting my time simply because reading writteninstruction was too complicated. Hey manager why i always have these problems at both the stores you manage? Maybe its not theworkers who are the weak link, maybe its the lack of leadership and proper training that is to blame?
