This is my 2nd review of jacks. The past few weeks I've went the food has been noticibly better. The chicken tastes like it's... seasoned and the mashed potatoes (that I previously said were very bland) actually tastes seasoned now as well. not just thegravy! Overall I'm very impressed with they're improvement and would recommend everyone to give them another try if you've had abad experience. I can only speak on the improvement of their fried chicken dinners, and sides, however they have definitely beenworking to improve from what I can taste. Read more
Will the people that work there was nice and friendly and the food was really good. But here's why I gave them one star. I went... to the drive-thru I had to sit in the Drive-Thru for 40 minutes just to get my food. So much for fast food right. The girl taking the orders is nice and friendly. I ordered two chicken dinner boxes. One should have been two thighs. The... other was a leg and a breast. When I saw the ticket it said cooks choice on one of them. I mentioned it should be twothighs. Another girl came to the window and said we are not supposed to ask what you want, I mentioned that was what Irequested when I ordered. I got home and didn't have two thighs, I had two breast. A few days ago, I ordered a chickendinner and a burger. Everything that I requested on the burger was not on it and they put everything on it I didn't want. Idrove 7 miles back to town gave them the burger back and requested a refund. They were trying to find out who took the order, Ilet them know the girl took the order correctly, the cook didn't prepare it correctly. I received my refund and went to dairyqueen. I am disappointed with this restaurant, such a shame it has turned out this way. I will not be eating there anymore. Costs too much money to not get what you ordered. Read more

Front counter people were friendly. My meal, and other's I watched came in a timely fashion. Grilled Chicken BLT Salad is... delicious with an apple pie for dessert then Me And My Royal Enfield are off to our next destination the Tifton GA KOA. If Ilived here this would be a regular stop. Ordered curb side an hour ahead to ensure it would be ready. Got there on time and sat in pickup spot for over 10 minutes. ... Went inside and asked. All I got was attitude. They went around the corner and found my ticket. Hadn't been touched. Then totop it off, got home and the order was all wrong. Will NOT be back. Will NOT recommend to anyone. Service a little slow when it first opened. I expected that. My first experience though was really good burgers & fries. Mac &... cheese was descent. Now after being open a few weeks the service has improved. I am always greeted by friendly staff and asmile. I was impressed when I ordered fifty pieces of chicken for our church homecoming. Cooked to perfection and, wow, thebiscuits were delicious. Chicken sandwich's are really tasty too. Dined in once, as I usually go the drive-thru route. Nice,clean, and fairly quick service.
