For the owner of a food service establishment to run a storefront as poorly as this place is run, I?m surprised that people even... go here at all for food. The prices keep going up, the portions on sandwiches is getting smaller, their health department ratingis dropping steadily, the national subway coupons are very rarely honored. The employee turnover rate is off the charts and theowner seems to play favoritism with employees and has run off all the good workers that used to work there. If I could give zerostars in this review I would. My recommendation is to avoid this Hawkinsville subway restaurant like the plague. Read more

It'll be a cold day in hell when I return to this location. I'm sure we all know that subway isn't what it was a decade ago, and... that's something that can be helped, but not on a branch to branch basis. Before I get into why, I will say that there is aworker I've run into here over the years that is always nice and friendly (I don't know their name, but they're a white female,around 5'6", with short dark hair). Aside from that one worker, I don't like anyone else I've encountered. They've gotten myorder right, sure, but at what cost. Unpleasant atmosphere? Unfriendly attitudes? The constant flies circling the food in thesummer? My last straw was a month or so ago when ordering a BLT, after the tomatoes were placed on it by one worker, the otherworker asked if I wanted anything else on it and I said no. She began closing the sub up, to which I responded I wanted baconand lettuce too. I can understand the miscommunication, but she was not nice about it at all, stating "that's what I just askedyou". I was asked if I wanted anything else on my BLT...Do we know what BLT stands for? Okay everybody say it with me, "BACON,LETTUCE, TOMATO". I was having a bad day already and wanted to make things a little better by picking up some food to go.Whether or not the food is even any good, her attitude ruined it for me. Bread literally had little hairs baked into it. I started pulling the bread apart and noticed small hairs, pulled them out and... continued to find more of them.
