This place was something we wanted to see for the atmosphere and menu looked good. Thankfully both are fantastic we had the... croquettes, a vampire slayer and goat cheeseboard, then I had the porkchop and my wife had the sliders. For dessert we had minimacaroons (yummy). The mango jalapeño margarita drink was so good. Thank you a phenomenal service!!! Also there is a terracefor photos of a small waterfall very romantic. Thank you!! Read more

Food was delicious! Scenery was even better and the staff is absolutely amazing!! So friendly and really cares about their... customers. The only complaint.. portion sizes. We’re not typically the type of couple to go out and eat at fancy places sothis maybe unavoidable for a nice place but we wish there was more to eat, a side or something. We ended up getting 2 entreeseach because we were still hungry but it worked out okay because both plates were super yummy! Read more

The staff here immediately made me feel very at ease. The manager and bartender had a great sense of humor. Drinks here are... incredibly well crafted, and the beer list is well curated. I have favorites on the menu but tonight I had the fish specialwhich was a Hawaiian Uku and it was so fantastic. The atmosphere doesn’t need mention, it’s iconic. This place is a hiddengem! We went out of our way to get to the Ledges Hotel in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains. The building is a huge repurposed 19th... century glass factory. The restaurant, Glass, is a chef-run small menu elegant eatery. Great bar too. We had truffle fries, apork chop with raspberries and chicken souvlaki. Live entertainment on the outdoor patio. Definitely five stars, about$90/person. Read more

We could not have had a better experience dining with Glass. I booked a reservation for my partner’s birthday and it was... everything and more. The amazing view of the waterfall and surrounding nature while sipping on their high quality drinks cannotbe matched. The food was delightful, but be prepared to share. They offer small plates of loveliness and high quality cheeseboards. The service was incredibly friendly and efficient; our server treated us to a great dinner and dessert, and the managerJenn is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. In the end we left fully satiated, a little tipsy, and with lots of lovefor this establishment. Read more

Ledges Hotel is a nice place to stay at if seeking a quiet or romantic getaway. The view is lovely by the water fall regardless... of the different seasons. I have stayed here a few times but my recent visit left me a little disappointed because the Glassrestaurant was amazing, however, their menu has changed and the food was no where how it used to be, which was worth a thousandstars. Nice employees and respectful. I had the sliders and they were alright nothing special about it, I felt I could get thesame from a TGIF. Had the papa's brave, it was just potatoes with ranch and some tomato paste on top, and 1 egg came side byside on a mini cast iron pan and because it was so hot the egg over cooked. The 12 oz ny strip steak did taste good, but theplate it was set on was not ideal as it made the steak cold. Also, tried the BLT lettuce wraps and it was good but the tomatopaste again was not good, and only took away from its potential. So in all I would stay at the Ledge but I would step out toother restaurants in town. For restaurants off-site I recommend The Ridge Restaurant. Read more
