OMG!! I just got home from the beach! Full and Satisfied ???? We stopped by this location to order #4 Turkey Tom & #1 Pepe... Mmm..These sandwiches are made with ??LOVE..thanks to the Team!! I wish I would have read the reviews first. I really like JJs subs, but this location is anything but "freaky fast". When I went... there were 4-5 people starting the sandwich line, and 2-3 more working the register or kitchen. And it *still* took 15 minutesfor me to get a sub. At a place that is famous for having your sub ready almost before you have time to pay, the staff should atleast warn you about how long the wait will be before you order if they are that delayed. The majority of the time it seems likethere was confusion over which sub was being made, and almost a dozen bags just waiting on the countertop backed up. My onlyguess is that half of the people there are in training because I've been here before when there were only 3 people working andmy sandwich came out right away. Read more
Plenty of choices to choose from I've been getting sandwiches from this place From either Billy or Fernando and I really like... their bread texture cause it doesn't get hard like some bread does Billy my cousin surprised me s couple of days ago byheading to their place Wow I mean they've got a mean menu to choose from I went and order a large #9 Combo That was a veryfulfilling and nice one ! I love Jimmy john sandwiches but the customer service at this location is honestly horrible. The attitude that some of the... employees have just makes me uncomfortable to even go inside this location. The minute you walk in they don't want to serveyou. They ignore any question you have. If they do acknowledge a question their answer is always you need to look online. I'mnot sure if it's management at this location that makes these employees so unhappy to work here or what is going on. I decided to try and grab lunch today at Jimmy John's in the Ocean Gate area. The establishment itself was nice. As for the... service, well that's another story. I ordered my food and sat down. Wasn't in a rush by far. But at the same time, I didn'tthink that I would have to go and look for my food either. After about 10 minutes of waiting I realized that everyone had walkedout the restaurant or went to the back. Customer service definitely not a focus here. At this point I just asked for a refund.One of the other worker's found my sandwiches just sitting off to the side. No one ever called my number or informed me thatthey were ready.
