I ordered in-store and they were out of Alfredo pasta so I ordered the Italian pasta combo with breadsticks. When I picked up my... food. The breadsticks weren't with my pasta and I didn't get any marinara sauce. The food was hot, fresh, delicious, prepared just right, the way my wife and i like it and in a very timely manner. The... gentleman at the counter was also the cook. I was having problems redeeming my rewards on my cell phone. He was kind enough toassist me with redeeming my rewards so i could order boneless wings. Many thanks sir. Excellent customer service. If you want to be sure you will be getting good Pizza, Pizza hut is your place. I know that they can take their time and things... with delivery might not go smooth on every order, but I also know that they are very good. Read more
This pizza hut store half the time so not send all the items you ordered, have the time their bone out chicken wings cook to... hard, and wen you call back and tell them they missed an item they act like you are a liar but when you pay $50:00 or almost $70;00 dollars for a food order, this customer do not need to lie, and when most of the guys answer the phone an you tell themwhat they missed, the guys get Madan hang up on you, the lady that answers the phone and said she is a man is. As another try I received from this Company has been okay, not great. I wish they could do something about keeping the food hot... not warm. Once again when I pick up my order which was on time and checked for the quality it was lukewarm. I should not have toeither ask for a new hot pizza or go home and rewarm it because you think the establishment might do something nasty to yourfood for your feedback. I wish I could like pizza hut but unfortunately, the quality and temperature of the pizza are not what Iwant or expect out of this well-established company. The staff was okay until I walked in and waited/stood there for 2-3 minutesto be greeted as two employees watched me walk in and continued their conversation. I absolutely can?t stand when I see people on their phone and they just leave me standing there. I also can?t stand when they... just stare at me. Not even a hi. It?s just so rude and makes me feel like I?m bothering you when I?m just trying to pick up somefood. This has happened twice with two different employees.
