When I ordered the pizza and found out it would be an hour and a half wait to get it, I tried calling and was on hold for 20... minutes and someone hung up the phone so I called again. I wanted to cancel the order so I could see how long it would be topick it up. From the time I got the message it was out for delivery, it took an hour to get it and the pizza was cold and hadto be reheated. I probably will NEVER order delivery again from you guys. My food was cold. I ordered at 7:16pm and I went inside to check at 7:30pm and the manager said it was not ready. I went back... inside around 7:50pm and got the food the big box and pasta on the side everything was cold not even warm. I told him thank youfor the food and it was cold he told me have a nice night. I will never go back to this pizza hut ever again. I wasted $50.00and I should have went to Dominos. Also I did my order for curbside and I checked in and no response. The system told me to callwhen I did no answer that is when I went inside around 7:30pm to check and to remind them it was curbside. Very unprofessionalif a customer orders a certain way and the order is not fulfilled. Pizza was hard, cold and not fully cooked cheese was notcooked. Pasta was not cooked and cold had to go home and reheat $50 worth of food that should have been fresh! Read more
Called and order for hot wings and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for them. Picked them up and there was barely any sauce... whatsoever on them. The sauce didn?t even taste how we usually have them and tasted old. When we waited 10 minutes for areplacement the wings we received were soggy and undercooked when we bit into them. The manager was hiding in the back anddidn?t want to help. When we did talk to him he did not care and was just standing there shaking his head not saying anything.The floors on the inside of the store were nasty and homeless people are all around the store. We still decided to give it achance because we hadn?t ate. Do not go here. The service is terrible. The food is bad. The store is gross. Avoid this place. Read more
I called a day before for pizza for a birthday party. Sergio, was amazing, he offer a discount, he had the idea of cut the... slices smaller for kids so more kids can eat and easier for their hands. next day everything was on time and good to go.
