They always will water down your drink. There's been too many times where I need to ask them to put light ice and even then half... the drink is just ice. I get the Stawberry Acai refresher but they basically end up serving me pink water. I've reached a pointwhere I'm better off asking for no ice or just making the drink myself at home... Very poor service! I placed an online mobile order to avoid drive thru wait time and regular wait time. Order was suppose to be... ready at 8:23pm. Been waiting for 20 mins with no update and just a ?sorry for the wait? not even a ?what?s your name for theorder.? I don?t recommend if you?re in a rush. I?m a really patient person but they do not know how to manage their timeproperly and I strongly recommend a DM (district manager) to come check out the way this place is running. Read more
They have people sitting down with laptops and the manager doesn't care and takes the costumers side. The suppose costumers that... were sitting there were wasting and taking all the chairs and tables for other costumers too sit down. There was alot ofcostumers there not doing nothing not even eating and weren't time there with there laptops and not eating nor nothing notletting other people sit and eat there . This is the worst Starbucks around. I?ve been here 10 times and only 1 time did I have a good experience. Last time I went they... didn?t tell me they were out of strawberries for my drink and just made it. I also had to repeat my order three times for justone drink. They have the cameras on so I can see them chatting not paying attention. The time before that, the cashier andbarista where clearly high and it was a very frustrating experience but also sad that they can?t even work without being ondrugs. I will no longer be returning since the only positive experience was with a black male cashier and he?s never there whenI go. Read more
